Láryfáry s.r.o., the company, processes personal data in accordance with Article 26 of the Regulation, in the event of your service inquiry, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter also referred to as the “Regulation”), specifically the following personal data:

* Email address

* Phone number

The first name, last name, email address, and phone number must be processed in order to prepare a service offer, negotiate this offer, or respond to your inquiry. The controller processes cookies on this website necessary for the operation of the website and for analytics. Such processing is permitted under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. These personal data will be processed by us for the duration of negotiations on concluding a contract between you and our company Láryfáry s.r.o., but no longer than 1 year from your inquiry, unless you give consent to further processing.

 

The processing of personal data is carried out by Láryfáry s.r.o., as the data controller, or by other providers of processing software, services, and applications such as the PHP Visual system for website creation.

 

According to data protection laws, you have the right to:

 

* request information about what personal data we process about you,

* request the deletion of these personal data – however, such deletion will result in the termination of contract negotiations,

* contact us or the Data Protection Authority if you have doubts about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing.

**ACCOMMODATION RULES**

 

Welcome to the Budky glamping resort! We are pleased that you have chosen us for your stay full of comfort and natural beauty. To ensure you have the best possible experience, please read and follow the conditions below. By reading these conditions, you agree to them and undertake to comply with them throughout your stay.

 

Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and friendly environment for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation, and we wish you an unforgettable stay at our resort.

 

Only guests who have been properly registered for accommodation upon presenting a valid ID card, passport, or other identification document may stay at the accommodation.

 

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.

 

The accommodation may only be used by persons who are not suffering from infectious diseases, in order to prevent transmission to other guests. If this fact is concealed and later discovered, the guest’s stay may be terminated without financial compensation.

 

It is prohibited to move furniture or interfere with electrical or other installations within the accommodation. Access to the roof of the accommodation is strictly forbidden.

 

The use of personal electrical appliances is not allowed, except for chargers for laptops, mobile phones, and other mobile communication devices.

 

To prevent contamination of groundwater, guests are required to use environmentally friendly hygiene and cleaning products (especially soaps, shampoos, and detergents) provided in the accommodation.

 

The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused to the property of the accommodation by themselves, their children, persons entrusted to their care, or animals. Any such damage must be paid for on-site before departure. The amount of damage will be determined by agreement or by an expert assessment. The guest is obliged to report any pre-existing damage without delay; otherwise, it is assumed that any subsequently discovered damage was caused by the guest.

 

The accommodation equipment may only be used for its intended purpose. In the event of intentional damage or excessive soiling that prevents the room from being rented again, the guest must pay not only for repairs or cleaning but also the full rate for the days the room is unusable.

 

Guests are not permitted to allow unregistered persons to stay overnight.

 

Any loss of keys or locks must be reported immediately, and the guest must cover the related costs (e.g., replacement of locks).

 

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property, including the garden, out of consideration for nature and other guests.

 

Parking is available in designated areas. The provider is not liable for theft of vehicles or items left inside them.

 

The provider is not responsible for items brought into or left in the accommodation by the guest.

 

When leaving the accommodation, the guest must turn off water taps, switch off all electrical and gas appliances, turn off lights, close windows, and lock the door.

 

Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

 

Dog owners must keep their dogs on a leash so that they do not disturb others or endanger their health or property. In Český Krumlov, dogs are not allowed on playgrounds and sandpits. Dog owners must clean up after their pets.

 

Guests are required to familiarize themselves with and comply with these accommodation rules and fire safety regulations. In case of violation, the provider has the right to terminate the accommodation contract before the agreed period ends.
